This year is going too fast !!!!!!!

It seems that it has been raining since the last flake of snow melted.  Living in the country surrounded by trees and a dirt & gravel – clay based road has taken it’s toll on riding this year.  as one rider told the Ol’Man, “Road King’s are not f’kn dirt bikes”.  Hard packed un-saturated roads are fine, but not roads that keep washing out that are graded every two – three days.  Take an 800 pound Harley & add a 245 lb man on clay base and watch it sink to the rims!  We’ve only had a handful of days where we could take the bike out so far, and there is a grumpy Ol’Man sitting after work pouting.  Now he wants to move closer to a paved road.  I laugh because he won’t move from here, knowing him, he’ll decide that he needs a lighter bike for days like we’ve been having.  The Chopper wasn’t a problem for some reason, so stay tuned for the announcement of an additional family member in the form of a new mechanical baby joining the family.

One advantage to living in the sticks is the wildlife.

Turkey, Pheasant, and Deer are in abundance with the occassional Fox or Lynx.  A Black Bear has found her way down to the south of us, & reportedly has 2 cubs with her.  Early last evening, I happened to look up from the keyboard and out of the window.  I have to say thanks for small gifts or blessings as I call them, when I see a Doe lazily munching on the grass on the side of the road as she took her time walking past the house.  A rare strand of sunlight filtered through the forest and shined right on her like a beacon highlighting her presence.  How Awesome is that?  sometimes you just have to take in the small gifts that Nature gives you, even in between the clouds of rain!

My New book is out on Pre-Sale! Starting Over is the Title of the book, and it is the 3rd Lucifer’s Breed book in the series.  The cover and Link to Amazon will be on the Books page of this site.  I am excited!  The cover is by Jess Buffett, as per usual, and it will blow your mind.

So, that is what I’ve been up to lately!  Still planning to be in Sturgus in August and I hope to meet many of the people that I’ve met online and hopefully a few fans that enjoy my books!

Here is a short excerpt from Starting Over:

“Not so fast Shorty, you haven’t given us a chance to make our case. What’s the harm in letting us try to persuade you into changing your mind? You can give each of us a chance, and pick who you want, if looks aren’t a factor. Hell, just watching you walk away made my dick stand up, and if it had hands the fucker would have clapped in appreciation. Look over there at poor Race, he’s been hard since we saw you walk in the doors earlier tonight. I wanted to rip Mambo’s head off his shoulders and stuff it up his ass because he made you laugh. This feeling isn’t going away, so what do you have to lose?”

His lips nibbled their way up her jawline, and she let a small moan escape. What would it hurt to enjoy having a man instead of fighting the attraction? She could always leave
